Zella M. Colligan-Parker, 92, of Rockford, died Tuesday, September 11, 2007 in Swedish-American Hospital following a lingering illness. Born January 4, 1915 in Letart, West Virginia, daughter of Joseph and Goldie (Merritt) Rollins. She attended Blessed Hope Bible Church. In her spare time, she enjoyed reading and listening to gospel singing. She is survived by her husband, Glen; four daughters, Rita (Mike) Mearns; Carole (Don) Russell; Juanita (Charles) Morgan; Patricia (Scott) Fisher; three sons, Glen (Mary Jo) Colligan; Paul (Mary) Colligan and Ronnie (Carolyn) Carpenter; preceded in death by parents, Husband, James Ellis Colligan and daughters, Diane Schroeder, Delores Flanders.
