William "Bill" Raymond Pressly, Sr., of Belvidere, IL, formerly of Grand Rapids and Albert Lea, MN, died Sunday, October 24, 2010 in his home. Born July 20, 1944 in Osceola, IA, son of Lester James and Blanche (Laney) Pressly. Bill proudly served our country during the Vietnam War, worked as a truck driver most of his life, and was a member of the American Legion in Albert Lee, MN. He enjoyed racing and was an avid NASCAR fan.Survivors include his son William R. Pressly, Jr. of Jackson, MN and daughter Deborah Lynn (Kevin) Anthofer of Ankeny, IA, 4 grandchildren, brothers Steve (Gretchen) Horan of Belvidere and Richard (Cass) Pressly of Abbeville, SC, sister Peg Castle of Bovey, MN; and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents and sister Joan Moore.
