William L. Lockhart, 80, of Belvidere, Illinois died peacefully, on March 10, 2020 in Rockford, IL. He was born on August 2, 1939 in Oklahoma to Leonard and Lela (Rickett) Lockhart. William attended high school and worked at Chrysler for many years before his retirement.

William was a member of the Moose. He enjoyed sports,
especially golf and football. He enjoyed hanging with friends and family,
eating and watching television.

William will be missed by his children, Donald Lockhart,
Brian (Julie) Lockhart, Lisa (Jeff) Mann, Steven Lockhart and David ( Tina)
Lockhart; and numerous grand and great- grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Travis; and
sisters, Betty and Dora.
