William "Billy" James Manley, 45, of Genoa, passed away Sunday, November 6, 2011 in Kishwaukee Community Hospital. Born May 13, 1966 in Belvidere, son of William A. and Anne (Crawford) Manley. Against all odds Billy was able to be with his family for 45 years and they feel they are all better people to have had Billy in their lives.Survivors include his beloved mother Anne of Genoa, loving sisters Kay (Jon) Plesca of Oliver, British Columbia, Kathleen (Douglas) Ghrist of Tyler, TX, Judith Krane of Booth Bay Harbor, Maine, Janet (Jerry) Payonk of Champaign, IL, and brother James Manley of Dekalb, several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his father William and sister Carol Manley.
