William T. Cooper, 52, of Austin, TX, passed quietly on November 27, 2014 surrounded by family in the home of his sister. William was born July 1, 1962 in Berwyn, Illinois. Son of Stephen Cooper and Anne Krause. He was a fun-loving, easy going man that was able to find humor in any situation, and was quick with a joke. Bill loved guitars, and fast cars, and was an expert in the area of auto mechanics. He cared deeply for his family, girlfriend, Claudia and her children; dear neighbor Lloyd and his family, and numerous friends, which he thought of more as family than friends. He had a strong faith and fought to reach the goals he had set to the very end. Our lives were enriched by William's loving nature and quick wit. He will be remembered and truly missed by all whose lives he touched.
He is survived by his daughter, Erica (Phil Arieno); son, Stephen; grandchildren, Luke and Harley; mother, Anne (Jim) Wilson; and his sister, Amy (Doug) Leaich, and her children, Jessica, Ashley, Cooper, Chey, Caleb, Austin (nicknamed Little William since he was young.) Preceded in death by his grandparents, father, Stephen Cooper; nephew, Colton Leaich.
