Wilburn L. "Larry" Woodrome, 56, of Waukegan, died Sunday, November 4, 2007 in his home following a short illness. He was born March 16, 1951 in Mount Vernon, Illinois, son of Gardner and Roxie (Wilkins) Woodrome. He was employed as a Machinist in various area manufacturing companies. He served three years in Vietnam with the U.S. Army. Larry was a member of the American Legion. He is survived by his son, Deon Woodrome, Rochelle, Ill.; two sisters, Maryyonnia (David) Graham, Belvidere, Ill.; and Marlin (Larry) Irby, Elgin, Ill.; five nieces, Casey Irby; Lela Clinton; Melanie Westbrook; Michelle Lynn; Malane McGill.
