Violet C. Luedtke, 90, of Belvidere, IL, passed away peacefully, Monday night, November 2, 2015. Violet was born December 13, 1924 in Belvidere, IL, daughter of Harold and Bertha (Boettcher) Hyser. She married Robert "Bob" Luedtke on November 2, 1947 in Belvidere, IL. Violet was a homemaker, who enjoyed cooking and baking for her family. She was a former member of First Presbyterian Church in Belvidere. Violet loved playing bingo at the VFW and playing cards.

Violet is loved and will be missed by her daughter, Roxanne Larson of Rockford, IL; granddaughters, Kathryn (William) Haun of Rockford, IL and Brooke (Joel) Moore of Chicago, IL; great-grandchildren, Ava and Londyn Moore. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Bob, son, Bradford, brother, Harold Hyser, Jr.

A visitation will be held from 11:00-1:00 p.m., Sunday, November 8, 2015 at Anderson Funeral and Cremation Services, 218 W. Hurlbut Ave, Belvidere, IL 61008.
