Vincent E. Lange, 83 of Belvidere, died Tuesday, February 12, 2013 in OSF St. Anthony Medical Center. Born July 20, 1929 in Hazel Green, Wisconsin; son of Walter Peter and Mary Francis (Wiederholt) Lange. Married Loretta Bohnsack on June 3, 1950 in Galena. Member of St. James Catholic Church. Worked in industrial landscaping and for Cooling Sod Farm. He enjoyed fishing and hunting, spending time putzing in his yard, and the last 7 years he has loved working with his son Bud doing construction.Survivors include his daughter Sandi (Terry) Aldershof of Rockford; sons Larry "Bud" (Loretta) of Belvidere and David (Sue) of Rockford; 6 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; brother Merlin (Evelyn) of Hazel Green, WI. Predeceased by his parents, wife Loretta, sister Kathleen Smith, and a grandson.
