Victoria L. Moser, 44, of Loves Park, Illinois died Friday, July 8, 2011in Beloit Memorial Hospital, Beloit, Wisconsin following a sudden illness. She was born December 21, 1966 in Rockford, Illinois; the daughter of Dennis Smith and Kay (Wilson) Hopkins. Victoria was employed by the Winnebago County Court House as a Court Recorder. She is a graduate of Stillman Valley High School, Class of 1984. She is survived by her son, Noah Moser, and several aunts and uncles. She is preceded in death by her parents.
