Van A. Feltz, age 60, of Belvidere, Illinois, died Friday, May 06, 2005 in OSF St. Anthony Medical Center after a short illness. Van was born September 28, 1944 in Belvidere, IL the son of Harold and Mildred (Montgomery) Feltz. He married Sandra Knaup on June 7, 1985 in Belvidere. Van served our country in the US Army in the early 1960's and following his enlistment he went to work for Auto Releasing for 35 years. Van is a member of the American Legion Boone Post 77, Belvidere Moose, Teamsters Local 325. Van enjoyed fishing but loved to spend time with his grandchildren.Survivors include his wife, Sandra of Belvidere; children, Tony King of Chicago, IL, Daniel King of Belvidere, Brad Feltz of Michigan, Ron (Stefany) King of Davis Junction, IL; grandchildren, Jessica Feltz, Shaun Feltz, Amanda King, Kyle King; sister Melody Spearing and brother Lowell (Pat) Feltz both of Belvidere. Van is predeceased by his parents and brother, Loren Feltz.
