Belvidere, IllinoisTracy Tyler Barr, 45, of Belvidere, IL died early Thursday morning, May 13, 2010 in his home surrounded by his loving family after a long and courageous fight with Kidney Cancer. Tracy was born February 12, 1965 in Belvidere, IL the son of Butch and Priscilla (Smith) Barr. He graduated from Belvidere High School in 1983 as Valedictorian. He then graduated from Augustana College also a Valedictorian. Tracy married Cindy K. Sanford on July 22, 1989 at the Jefferson Prairie Lutheran Church in rural Poplar Grove. He was the V.P of Project Management and Planning for Anderson Packaging.Tracy was an amazing man, loving husband, father, son, brother and friend who will be missed and loved by all including his wife, Cindy; children Dalton and Delaney; Mother, Pat Barr of Belvidere; Grandmother, June Barr of Belvidere; sister Debbie (Mike) Clanin, of Belvidere; Uncles, Jeff (Jan) Barr, Mike (Sharon Reynolds) Barr, Richard (Pat) Smith all of Belvidere; Father and Mother in-law, Donald and Patricia Sanford of Rockford; Sisters in-law Carmen Matus of Belvidere and Cheri Sanford of Caledonia; nieces and nephews, Nathan and Benjamin Clanin, Jeremy and Mandi Matus, Dugan (Erica Caruana), Cormaic and Aubrey Winkie. Tracy is predeceased by his father, Butch and grandparents, Eldon (Bud) Barr, Fred and Maude Smith.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be given in care of the Kidney Cancer Association in Tracy's memory.
