Tommy Eugene Snider, passed away July 2, 2012 in his home. He was born on November 19, 1929 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri; the son of William and Georgia Snider. He married Bettirose Alice Light on September 29, 1950, Bettirose passed away one day before on July 1, 2012. He is survived by his three children Nancy I. (Leslie) Anderson, Scottsdale, Arizona, Robert "Bob" E. (Mary) Snider, and Richard "Rich" A. (fiancée, Desi McGee) Snider, both of Belvidere; six grandchildren, Angela L. Jordan, Scottsdale, Arizona, Kristofor "Kris" W. Anderson, Peoria, Arizona, Kathryn Snider, Belvidere, Krista (Matthew) Huisel, Maricopa, Arizona, Richard A. Snider, II, Bailey A. Snider, both of Belvidere; five great grandchildren; brother James (Sam) Snider, Poplar Bluff, Missouri; sister, Catherine (Herman) Ramsey, Flagg Center, Illinois; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his wife, Tommy was preceded in death by three brothers, William "Harold" Snider, Henry "Hank" Snider, and Donnie Snider, and a sister, Bonnie Snider. The family wishes to thank their caregivers, Vira Potapchuk, Helena Franzen, Nadya Carlson, Sivlanta and Shannon Gibbons as well as the Great staff from O.S.F. Hospice.
