Timothy D. Frykholm, 47 of Rockford, IL passed away peacefully, Thursday night, August 27, 2015 in Delnor Hospital, Geneva, IL after a short illness.  Timothy was born March 4, 1968 in Belvidere, IL the son of David D. and Judith C. (Hulstedt) Frykholm.  He married Cheri Nanci Turnmire on September 15, 2001 in LaFox, IL.  Over the years Timothy worked for Ponderosa, Seigles and Teltrend Electronics. He also worked in the paint industry for Duront Paint, Pittsburgh Paint and ICI Paint.  More recently Timothy has been working with NAPA in Oswego and currently NAPA in Belvidere.  Timothy and Cheri were married in Lord of Life Church in LaFox, IL; they then attended Calvary Church in Naperville and were currently attending First Free Church in Rockford.  Timothy loved music and the state of Michigan, was a talented artist and enjoyed spending time with the beloved wife at Navy Pier.  Timothy was also a sports fan rooting on the Chicago Blackhawks, White Sox, Dallas Cowboys, LA Lakers and Los Angeles Dodgers.

Timothy is loved and will be missed by his wife Cheri whom he affectionately called Cherish; parents David and Judy Frykholm; brother, Rev. Steve D. (Samantha) Frykholm of Lebanon, PA; nieces, Sydney and Genna; mother and father in-law, Jerry and Janis Turnmire of Elgin, IL; Cheri's aunt Nancy Rocha of Riverside, IL.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 1, 2015 in Anderson Funeral and Cremation Services at Buck-Wheeler-Hyland Chapel, 218 W. Hurlbut Ave, Belvidere, IL.  Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 2, 2015 in Belvidere Evangelical Covenant Church, 220 East Harrison Street, Belvidere, IL with Rev. Scott Nellis pastor of Belvidere Evangelical Covenant Church and Rev. Steve Frykholm co-officiating. Burial will be in Belvidere Cemetery.  Memorials can be given in care of Cheri N.
