Thomas A. Wolf, 54, of McFarland, WI, died Tuesday, March 10, 2009 at his parent's home following a sudden illness. He was born on October 16, 1954 in Belvidere, Illinois; the son of William A. and Sara (Tyson) Wolf. He has resided in McFarland for the past twelve years, going there from Belvidere. He was employed as a Truck Equipment Sales Representative for Northland Equipment Co. He was a member of St. James Catholic Church. Tom enjoyed boating and was very creative with his hands. He was known as a "Mr. Fix-it" by his family. Tom graduated from Belvidere High School, Class of 1972. He attended University of Wisconsin – Plattville and Northern Illinois University. He is survived by three sons, Nicholas (Sarah Anderson-Wolf) Wolf, Huntley, IL; Joseph Wolf and Franklin Wolf, both of McFarland, WI; a granddaughter, Kendall Wolf and a grandson, Ethan Wolf; his parents, "Bill" and Sara Wolf; three brothers, John (Candace) Wolf; Michael (Joyce) Wolf; Christopher Wolf, all of Belvidere and sister, Caroline (James) Marrs, Garden Prairie, IL; his many nieces and nephews, Janna (Dan) Earley, Scott Wolf, Mitchell Wolf, Matthew Wolf, Mary Allison Wolf, Stephen Wolf, Aaron Wolf, Alex Wolf, Katie Marrs, Gregory (Kathleen) Marrs, Lisa Marrs and Jeffrey Marrs. Tom was preceded by grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. C.J. Wolf and Dr. and Mrs. E. H. Tyson and nephew, David Wolf.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials to St. James School or District 100 Foundation for Excellence in Education.
