Thomas H. Williams, 56, of Belvidere, IL died peacefully early Saturday morning, January 25, 2014 in OSF St. Anthony Medical Center after a valiant fight with cancer. Tom was born June 15, 1957 in Elgin, Illinois the son of Harold and Anna ( Manthe) Williams. He married Regina M. Herrmann on May 24, 1980 in Carpentersville, IL. Tom worked for the 3M Corporation. He was a member of Heartland Community Church and was a wonderful provider for his family; a true family man.
Tom is loved and will be missed by his wife, Regina; children, Nicole (Caleb) Long of Omaha, NE, Noah Williams of Belvidere; parents, Harold and Anna Williams of Mountain Home, Arkansas; grandchildren Sage, Hunter and Cyan Long; brother, Jim (Geri) Williams of Machesney Park, IL; sister, Linda (Daniel) Pierce of Yellville, Arkansas; mother and father in-law Regina and Frank Herrmann of Belvidere; brother in-law Patrick Herrmann of Rockford. Tom is preceded in death by his daughter, Megan Williams and son, Jonah Williams.
