Thomas A. Reynolds, 77, of Rockford, IL, passed away peacefully, Monday, July 17, 2017 at Wesley Willows in Rockford.  He was born January 24, 1940 in Waynesburg, PA, son of Ethan and Lena Reynolds. Thomas married Winefred on May 24,1986 in Rockford, IL. He proudly served his country with the United States Air Force from 1957 until 1961. After his military service, Thomas would go on to work at United Airlines for 38 years. Thomas, in his spare time, enjoyed restoring old tractors, and being with his family.

Thomas is loved and missed by his children, Mark (Rachel) Reynolds of Frisco, TX, James (Amber) Reynolds of Brownsville, TX, Jill (Art) Grothe-Reichel of Chicago, IL, Cindy(Tim) Tolliver of Floyd, IA, Karen(Tim) Kudzma of Rockford, IL; grandchildren, Elissa(Jordan) Hovey, Dylan Dust, Rebekah(Anthony) Tan, Sarah Reynolds, Ryan (Autumn) Tolliver and Jared Tolliver; great-grandchildren, Brooklyn Tolliver, Audrina Tolliver.

A memorial service will be held at 3:30 pm Friday, July 21,2017 at Anderson Funeral and Cremation Services, 218 W. Hurlbut Ave, Belvidere, IL 61008.  A memorial gathering will take place from 2:00 pm until time of service. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Boone County 4H.
