Theresa Ann Unger, 65, of Rockford, Illinois, died peacefully at home on February 5th. She was born in Chicago in 1958 and married her husband, Terry, in 1978.  Theresa was a loving mother and wife.  She would later shift into the role of her lifetime as "Nana".  She cherished her five grandchildren, having a significant influence in their lives.

Theresa will be missed dearly by her family and friends.  She was a loving wife to her husband, Terry Unger, and a devoted mother to her son, Matthew (Stephanie) Unger, and daughter, Lacey (Andrew) Kohout, and grandmother to Claire and Owen Unger, Logan, Max, and Lila Kohout.
