Belvidere, IllinoisTabatha Marie Roman, infant daughter of Samantha Roman and Maximino Ruiz Lopez. Tabatha was born August 29, 2006 in Chicago, Illinois. She died Friday evening, November 23, 2007 in the University Illinois Hospital – Chicago after a life long illness. Tabatha is loved by her parents, Samantha and Max; grandparents, Louis (Delores) Roman of Belvidere, Lidia Lopez of Puerto Rico, Eugenio Ruiz of Puerto Rico; great grandparents, Maryann and Zoltan Roman of Des Plaines, Thomas Rose of Belvidere and Otilia Gonzalez of Puerto Rico. Tabatha is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins. She is predeceased by her great-grandmothers, Almeda Rose, Delmira Lopez and great-grandfather, Maximino Ruiz.
