Susan E. Johnson, 57, of Palatine, IL, formerly of Belvidere, IL passed away peacefully on December 28, 2014 at Saint Anthony Medical Center after a sudden illness. Born August 18, 1957 in Peoria, IL, daughter to Henry J. and Alice J. (Henninger) Johnson. Susan graduated from Belvidere High School, class of 1975. She went on to receive her bachelor's degree from Bradley University in Peoria, and her MBA from Idaho State University. Susan was employed as an accountant for Mixonsite in Buffalo Grove, IL. She was a member of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in Belvidere. Susan was a devoted aunt to her niece and nephews.
She is loved and will be missed by her mother, Alice J. Johnson of Loves Park, IL; brother, Richard (Diane) Johnson of Rockford, IL; sister, Sharon (Brian) McDaniel of CA; niece, Katie Johnson; nephews, Kyle, Nicholas, and Michael McDaniel. She is preceded in death by her father, Henry. The family would like to acknowledge Dr. Dhillon, Dr. Evangelista, and Grace, RN on 3 East at Saint Anthony Medical Center for their special compassion and care.
Memorial Service will take place at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 10, 2015 at Anderson Funeral and Cremation Services, 218 W. Hurlbut Ave, Belvidere, IL 61008. Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service. Memorials may be given to your charity of choice in Susan's name. Cremation rites have been accorded.
