Susan A. Boppre, 50, of Poplar Grove, Ill. died surrounded by her family on Thursday, March 13, 2008 in her home following a long illness. Born April 3, 1957,in Elgin, Illinois, the daughter of James William and Viola Pheobe (Williams) Dick. She has lived 12 years in Poplar Grove moving here from Palatine, Ill. She was married to Paul E. Boppre in Maywood, Ill. on January 26, 1976. She was a member of First Free Evangelical Church in Rockford. She was devoted to her family especially to her grandkids. She was passionate in caring for her home and yard. She is survived by her husband, Paul, Poplar Grove; two daughters, Jenny Kendzora, Poplar Grove; Spring Boppre, Dakota, Ill.; three grandchildren, Joseph Waugh, Jacob Waugh; Kaylee Price; six siblings, Diane, Bunny, Richard, Douglas and Barb. Preceded in death by a sister, Elizabeth and brother, Jim.
