Steven Richard Shook, 61, of Covina, CA, formerly of Belvidere, died Saturday, January 19, 2008, in the emergency room of San Dimas Hospital, San Dimas, CA, following a sudden illness. Steven was born August 15, 1946, in Belvidere, the son of Richard K. and Vernie Mae Heuer Shook. He was employed as a salesperson by Forest Lawn Mortuary and Memorial Park for ten years and was a U.S. Army veteran. Steven was married to Helena VanRooyen who survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Sherry Brown, and a son, Steven James Shook.
