Loving Husband, Father, Grandfather, and Great GrandfatherSteven Charles Page Sr. -80- Lilburn GASteven Charles Page Sr. age 80 of Lilburn, Georgia and former Belvidere resident of 20 years went to be with the Lord December 21, 2006 while at his home after a courageous battle with cancer. Steven was born January 26, 1926 in Antigo, Wisconsin, the son of Harry Stephen Page, and Ellen (Merrill) Page. Steven attended school in Lily, Wisconsin. He later married the love of his life Joann Ramsey in Washington D.C.on November 6, 1953. He was employed as a repairman for Chrysler for 24 years in Belvidere, IL. Since retirement, he has spent time with the catch of his life, traveling and enjoying life. He is a decorated World War II and Korean Conflict veteran. He was a 5 year member of the Berean Baptist Church in Snellville GA and former 20 year member of Calvary Baptist Church in Belvidere, IL. Steven spent much time on the water during the spring and summer months fulfilling his passion of fishing. He was always helping people, even strangers with any problems they had. He was a jack of all trades and would tackle anything. Steve is survived by his adoring wife Joann Page; loving children; Betty (Mike) John of Elkhorn WI, Sylvia (Steve) Brandenburg of Lewistown MT, Steve Page Jr. Garden Prairie IL and Shirley Page of Loves Park IL, Janet (Les) Graves-Beloit WI, Roseanne (Bobby) Williamson-Davenport IA, Harry Page-Belvidere IL, Jeanie Daigle-Rockford, David (Teresa) Page-Hampton GA, Phil (Doreen) Page-Lawrenceville GA, Jim Page-Loganville GA and Elma Page-GA, Tom (Brenda) Page-Belvidere IL; 26 cherished grandchildren, 6 loving great grandchildren, adoring siblings; Loraine Powell-Delavan WI, Sandy StClair Delavan WI, and Bill Page of Freehold NJ, and numerous nieces nephews and friends. Steven was preceded in death by his parentsand sisters Margaret Monroe and Jane Koch. He has made many friends and will be missed by all that had the pleasure of knowing him.
