Poplar Grove, IllinoisSteven B. Jackson, 54 of Poplar Grove, IL died suddenly Wednesday afternoon, November 26, 2008 in the emergency room of Harvard Hospital. Steven was born December 3, 1953 in Belvidere, IL the son of Marvin L. and Margaret E. (Jury) Jackson. Steve worked as a crew chief for Green Giant in Belvidere and then was employed by Wood Governor in Loves Park., but his true love was farming. As a little boy he loved to play farm and as a grown man he loved to help his friends with their farms. Steve is survived by his sisters, Kathy (David) Martin of DeKalb, IL, Susan I. (Lynn) Hinz of Cudahy, WI, Linda (Gene) Bauman of Whitehouse, TX; aunt, Alice Mathison of Belvidere; numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.Steven is predeceased by his parents and grandparents.

A memorial will be established in care of his family.
