Steven Floyd Denny, 49, of Dixon, IL passed away Saturday, December 8, 2018. Born to LaVern and Mary Lou (Sugranis) Denny on July 21, 1969 in Dekalb, IL. Steve was currently part of the AZZ Galvanizing staff in Dixon, IL. Baptized in the Episcopal church in Minnesota, Steve read his bible every day. He loved his daughter very much, spending time with family, and just loved life in general. He was big on cheering on his Minnesota Vikings football team, shopping, and cleaning.

Steve is loved and will be missed by his parents; daughter, Savannah Lee; siblings, Jerry Denny and Tammy (John) Saunders; sister-in-law, Andrea Denny; nieces and nephews, Brittany (Matt) Singer, Jacob Denny, Colton Allendorf, and Brittney (Alfred) Washington; great-nephew, Hunter Denny; a very meaningful friend, Bill Rogers; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents; three uncles; and one aunt.

A funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at Anderson Funeral and Cremation Services, 218 W. Hurlbut Ave, Belvidere, IL, with Pastor Duane Boehm Officiating. A visitation will take place from 12:00 p.m. until 12:45 p.m. on Saturday, December 15, 2018 prior to service. Memorials under Steve's name may be made out to the Denny family.
