Shirley M. Decker, 85, of Bloomington, passed away Saturday, December 12, 2015 in her home. Shirley was born February 3, 1930 in Belvidere, IL, daughter of Irven and Dorothy (Miller) Vincent. She married Luther R. Decker on March 29, 1947 in Belvidere. Shirley worked in the packing department at Amerock for 20 years. She was a member of Cherry Valley United Methodist Church. Shirley enjoyed crocheting, crafting, drawing, cooking, baking. She also liked to travel, and was a member of numerous card clubs.

Shirley is loved and will be missed by her children, Diane (Michael) Mandeville of Bloomington, IL, Raymond Decker of Green Bay, WI, Daniel Decker of Wausau, WI, Curtis Decker of Bloomington, IL; grandchildren, Michelle, Kristine, Lori, Andrea, Ryan, Shannon, Erin, Katie, Megan, Justin; 21, great-grandchildren; siblings, Charlene Luckow of Lakeland, FL, Gregory Collins of Milford, DE; numerous nieces, nephews, brother-in-law, Kenneth Luckey, special friends, Fran and Vic Rinaldi; special four-legged companion, Susie. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Luther, brother-in-law, Gordon Luckow, nephew, Kelly Luckow.

Funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at First United Methodist Church, 610 Bonus Ave, Belvidere, IL 61008 with Rev. Monty Fox officiating. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m., until the time of service.  Burial will take place in Arlington Memorial Park, Rockford, IL.
