Sharon M. Poulda, 68, of Poplar Grove, IL died peacefully, Monday morning, August 25, 2014 in Rockford Memorial Hospital after a short illness.  Sharon was born March 31, 1946 in Rockford, IL the daughter of Norman A. Sr. and Vanda E. (Hoelzel) Jones.  She married Delbert L. Poulda on December 6, 1986 in Blaine United Methodist Church, Sharon's spiritual home.  Her greatest joy in life was raising and caring for her children.  She managed to find time to work for Admiral, K.K.O and the Oasis.  She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, playing cards, Bingo, country music and being a loving wife to Delbert.

Sharon is loved and will be missed by her husband, Delbert of Poplar Grove; children, Craig (Amy Herlugson) Wegner of Belvidere, Nadine Loveridge of Poplar Grove, Del (Chris) Wade of Loves Park, IL, Dela (Jenn) Wade of Machesney Park, Cynthia (Michael Seagraves) Speer of Poplar Grove, Lisa Poulda of Rockford; eleven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; sister, Linda (Terry) Trimble; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.  Sharon is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Norman A. Jones, Jr; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, August 29, 2014 in Blaine United Methodist Church, 7200  Blaine Road, Poplar Grove, IL 61065, with Pastor Tom Hay officiating.  Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday at Anderson Funeral and Cremation Services, Buck-Wheeler-Hyland Chapel, 218 W.
