Sandra J. Mason, 71, of Belvidere, IL Joined her loved ones in Heaven, Tuesday morning, March 4, 2008 at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center after a short illness. Sandra was born April 2, 1936, in Belvidere, IL, the daughter of Edward and June (Beardsley) Rippentrop. Sandra married Donald Mason in Belvidere on January 25, 1957. Sandra loved to work. She loved spending her time working with her flowers, nurturing relationships with her customers at the House of Bottles or East End Liquors, that she and Donnie owned, or at Orchid Cleaners, where she retired from in January. She also worked on nurturing relationship with her grandchildren, whom she dearly loved. Sandra was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church. Sandra is loved and will be greatly missed by her children, Steven D. (Kathy) Mason of Delaware, OH, Teresa "Teri" (Bruce) Reeverts and Christine "Tina" (Kenny) Roeling both of Belvidere; grandchildren, Marsha (Eric) Taynor of Delaware, OH, Steven Donald (Renee) Mason of Radnor, OH, Michelle Mason of Delaware, OH, Andrew, Ashley, Alaina, Alyssa Reeverts and Jandi Mason all of Belvidere, Nick Roeling, Kimberley Smith and Kara Roeling all of Rockford; great grandchildren, Tyler and Brittany Taynor of Delaware, OH, Ashlen and Shelby Mason of Radnor, OH; brother, Thomas (Kathy) Rippentrop of Rockford; sister, Sherrie (Larry) Fassett of Belvidere. Sandra is predeceased by her parents, husband, Donald in 2002.

A memorial will be established in her name.
