Sandra "Sandie" Binka passed away peacefully on March 1, 2024, in Belvidere, IL. Born to Robert and Barbara (McGraw) Wagner on the 31st of August, of 1969, in Belvidere, Illinois. Sandie graduated from Belvidere High School. She became a CNA, and eventually found her passion in transportation through the Nestle Corporation where she was working toward her bachelors in transportation logistics before being diagnosed with breast cancer. Through her work, Sandie traveled the world, seeing many countries and experiencing the different cultures. Sandie enjoyed golfing, going to concerts, planning trips with family and friends, and spending time with her cherished dogs, Chloe and Cash.

Sandie is survived by her parents, Robert (Bob) and Barbara (Barb); her loving husband of 24 years, Joe; brother, Chad (Janet) Wagner; nephews and niece, Dylan, Owen, Cody, Machaela, and Brenden; great niece, Emma Jo; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A celebration of life will be held from 1pm to 3pm at the American Legion in Belvidere, IL on April 27th. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the breast cancer foundation in honor of Sandie.
