Sally Anne Wolf Mutert, 88, of Belvidere, IL and Naples, FL, lost her beloved husband, Don Mutert, Sr. in 1990, and is survived by her lovingly devoted husband, Gordon Swanlund; children, Terri (Bo) Boger, Mary (Dick) Becker, George (Susan), Jeanette (Jim) Hoag, Don, Jr. (Paula), Rob (Cara), Dave, Chris, her sister-in-law, Mitzi (Bob) Lober, Patrick Davidson and Gordon's children and grandchildren.  Grandmother to David, Emily, Anne Marie, Caroline, Ryan, Dan (Nicole), Kate (Aaron), Jessie, Sammy, Abby, Codylyn, Don, III, Shannon, Clayton, Chris, Bella, Rachael, Madeline and Jack.  Great grandmother to Olivia, Bo, Weston, Nathan, Kieran, Ronan, Austin, Bryson and Elayna.  Dear sister of the late Margaret (Jack) Cushing and Betty (Joe) Lahart; fond sister-in-law of the late Jeanette (John) Garrity and Bill (Agnes) Mutert.  Loved by many nieces, nephews and the innumerable friends she met along her way.  Sally graduated from Mount St. Scholastica, Atchison, KS, was an elementary school teacher in Chicago in the 1960's and co-founded Franklin Display Group with her husband, Don in 1978.

Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at Saint James Church, 535 Caswell Street, Belvidere, IL with the Rev. Brian Geary officiating. A visitation will be held from 5-8:00 p.m., Monday, October 17, 2016 at Anderson Funeral and Cremation Services, 218 W. Hurlbut Ave, Belvidere, IL 61008. Burial will be in Belvidere Cemetery.
