Rudolph Cunningham, 87, of Belvidere, IL passed away on Friday, October 14, 2022 in Rockford, IL. Rudolph was born on September 8, 1935 in Clinton, Kentucky to Larue Cunningham and Willie Bea (Sullivan) McAllister. Rudolph married, Judith (McKean) Cunningham on July 12, 1958 in Dixon, Illinois. Rudolph was a high school graduate and worked as a millwright welder at Chrysler. Rudolph served in the military as a Navy Corpsman. Rudolph is a past member of the American Legion. Rudolph enjoyed walking, loved his family and his grandkids, loved his faith, loved projects and would do projects to help anyone and he loved to go camping with all of his grandchildren.

Rudolph will be loved and missed by his wife, Judith Cunningham; brother, Russell (Betty) McAllister; daughter, Susan (Anthony) Del Fiacco; sons, Jerry (Julie Wiegand) Cunningham and Terry (Laurie) Cunningham, grandchildren, Gabrielle Del Fiacco, Madalyn Cunningham, Hailee Cunningham, Michelle (Guillermo) Cunningham and Michael (Hollie) Cunningham; great-grandchildren, Collin, Zeva, Stephen, Braylee and Adeley; nieces, Kay Bailey, Sarah and Jessica; nephew, Jerry (Ginger) Bailey. Rudolph was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Roger; sisters, Phyllis and Elwanda; 2 infant children, Rudolph and Sandra Kay; and grandson, Bradlee.

A visitation will be from 9:00-11:00 a.m., with a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 21, 2022, at Anderson Funeral & Cremation Services, 218 W. Hurlbut Ave., Belvidere, IL 61008. Pastor Dan Lashley from Calvary Baptist Church will officiate. Military honors to follow. A private burial will be held in Dixon, IL.
