Ruby Irene Wallace, 83, of Belvidere, IL passed away peacefully on December 6, 2020 at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center. Ruby was born on January 3, 1937 in Beach Bluff, TN the daughter of Harv and Fannie (Britt) Wallace. Ruby was a graduate of Belvidere High School and worked as a secretary for multiple companies throughout her life. Ruby was known for her sweet tooth and enjoyed watching her stories every day. Ruby loved spending time with her family especially time with her grandchildren. She will be missed by all.

Ruby is loved and will be missed by her children; Pamela (Ron) Byers, Robert (Tammy) Olson, Wayne (Erinn) Bauman, Heath (Natalie) Bauman; siblings, Harold (Bev) Wallace, Willie Johnson, William Wilkins, 13 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, special friend of many years, Art Cook as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Dennis, Elizabeth, J.H. and Gloria.

The walk-through visitation will be held Friday, December 11, 2020 from 9:30 -10:45 a.m. at Anderson Funeral and Cremation Services, 218 W. Hurlbut Ave, Belvidere IL 61008. Live Stream of the funeral service will be Friday, December 11, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. Burial in Belvidere Cemetery. Due to state guidelines social distancing and facemasks required. Memorials may be made in memory of Ruby to Maple Crest Care Centre.
