Roseann Foster, 82, of Belvidere, died Thursday, March 22, 2012 in Heritage Woods Assisted Living following a short illness. Born on December 14, 1929 in Chicago, Illinois; the daughter of John and Rose (Dawbner) Lichtner. Roseann graduated from Chicago School of Nursing. She was married to Alan S. Foster. Roseann was a surgical nurse for Illini Hospital, Silvis, Illinois and later for Condell Hospital, Libertyville, Illinois. She is survived by four sons, Mark Foster, Chicago, Illinois; Erik (Maryann) Foster, Poplar Grove, Illinois; Alec Foster, East Moline, Illinois and Kip (Michelle) Foster, Jasper, Georgia; two daughter, Laura (Phillip) King, Ft. Collins, Colorado; and Jill Garrison; several grandchildren. She is preceded in death by parents, and husband.
