Robert Eugene Klinefelter, 46, of Belvidere, died Saturday, January 15, 2011 in OSF St. Anthony Medical Center after a short illness. Born September 19, 1964 in Belvidere, son of Charles and Florence (Fitch) Klinefelter. Married Tina Brinkmeyer on January 4, 1986 in Belvidere. Robert worked for Hintzsche Fertilizer in Kirkland for the past three and a half years and prior to that he was at Garden Prairie Grain. He loved raising animals, helping his children with their 4-H projects and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. He loved to travel, especially to his favorite spots Jamaica and Disney World.Survived by his loving wife Tina, daughters Katrina (Justin Blodgett) Klinefelter, Samantha Klinefelter and son Robert C. Klinefelter, grandchildren Jillianne and Isabelle Cummings and Charlotte Blodgett all of Belvidere, parents Charles and Florence Klinefelter, brothers Buddy and Bernie Klinefelter and twin sister Roberta (Hector) Klinefelter, mother-in-law Sarah Brinkmeyer, all of Belvidere, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his maternal and paternal grandparents and brother-in-law Tim Brinkmeyer.
