Belvidere, IllinoisBeloved Husband, Father and GrandfatherRobert H. Breidinger, 79 of Belvidere, IL and formerly of Rolling Meadows died Friday morning, April 17, 2009 in the Emergency Room of Swedish American-Belvidere after a sudden illness. Robert was born August 7, 1929 in Chicago, IL the son of Henry and Marie (DeCook) Breidinger. Robert married Clara Quist on January 20, 1951 in Chicago. He served in the US Army from 1951 through 1953 during the Korean War. Robert worked for IL Bell Telephone for 38 years retiring in 1991 as Senior Plant Assignor.Survivors include his loving wife, Clara of Belvidere; children, David (Judy) Breidinger of Schaumburg, Kirk Breidinger of Rockford, IL, Karen (Paul) Jasczynski of Fayetteville, GA, Norine (Richard) Fendrych of Mundelein, Steven Breidinger of Island Lake and Roy Breidinger of Rolling Meadows; seven Grandchildren; sister, Lucille Breidinger of Chicago and cousin, Alma Criel of Mt. Prospect. Robert is predeceased by his parents and daughter, Linda Breidinger.

In lieu of flowers a memorial will be established with the American Heart Association 208 LaSalle St., Chicago, IL 60601 in Robert's memory.
