Robert V. Bible, 77, of Belvidere, died Monday morning, June 13, 2005 in Northwoods Health Care Center following a short illness. Born May 15, 1928 in Cleveland, Ohio to Boyd C. and Charlsie (Matthews) Bible. Lived 60 years in Belvidere, coming here from Mohawk, Tennessee. Married to Marguerite H. Larson in Colorado Springs, Colorado on December 22, 1950. Employed as an Assembler for Sundstrand Aviation for 30 years before retiring. Veteran of Korean War serving in the Army. Member of Immanuel Lutheran Church and the American Legion Boone Post #77. He enjoyed flower and vegetable gardening with tomatoes as his specialty. He attended Mohawk Tenn. Schools. Robert is survived by his wife, Marguerite, Belvidere; a daughter, Vickie Kisling, Rockford; and a grandson, Steven Kelly, Rockford.
