Robert A. Hase, 84, of Belvidere, IL, died Tuesday, June 30, 2015 in his home. Robert was born July 25, 1930, son of Harry A. and Blanche (Donnelly) Hase. He served in the United States Army from July 1947 to June 1950, part of which he was stationed in Guam. Robert was employed as an industrial engineer for GTE. He was a collector all of his life, some of his collections included Frankoma pottery, jewelry, cameos, antique cameras. Robert also enjoyed photography, coaching softball for his daughter and little league for his son.

He is loved and will be missed by his daughter, Karen (Mike) Frank; grandchildren, Jeffrey (Nicole) Frank, and Julie (Kenny) Spencer; brother, Donald (Patricia) Hase. He is preceded in death by his parents, and son, Robert Hase, Jr.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, July 3, 2015 at Flora Cemetery in Irene, IL. Cremation rites have taken place. Memorials may be given to OSF Hospice in Robert's name. To light a candle or share a condolence, please visit www.AndersonFCS.com.
