Rockford, IllinoisRandy S. Cooper, 34, of Rockford, IL died Monday evening, October 4, 2010 in his home. Randy was born February 18, 1976 in Elgin, IL the son of Thomas L. and Dorothy (Winters) Cooper. He graduated from Carpentersville High School and attended college in Ann Arbor, MI. Randy was currently attending Rockford College and had been working as a consultant for Ecowater Systems and several area restaurants. Randy's true passion was his love for music. He was also a member of the Lutheran church. He is loved and will be missed by his father, Thomas (Mary) and sister, Tammy both of Belvidere; his daughter Amelia Cooper and step-grandfather, Buddy Grisman of Wisconsin. Randy is predeceased by his mother, Dorothy and his grandparents.
