Patrick S. Herrmann, 55, of Rockford, Illinois passed away Wednesday, December 12, 2018 in Rockford. He was born on October 11, 1963 in Philadelphia, PA, the son of Frank and Regina (McNally) Herrmann. Patrick graduated high school from Dundee-Crown High School in Carpentersville, IL. Patrick was an over the road truck driver for many years.

Patrick is loved and will be missed by his father, Frank; sister, Gina (Thomas H.); nephew, Noah; niece, Nicole; great-nephews, Sage, Hunter and Eli; and great niece, Cyan.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Regina; brother-in-law, Thomas; and nephew, Jonah.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 5, 2019 at Anderson Funeral and Cremation Services, 218 W.
