Patricia A. Ottaviano, 63, of Belvidere, passed away, August 4, 2016 at Swedish American Hospital, Rockford. She was born March 17, 1953 in Chicago, IL, daughter of Frank and Amy (Hoffman) DoLego. Patty married the love of her life, Gary L. Ottaviano on November 8, 1970 in Chicago. She was a daycare provider for many years until retiring. Patty loved doing puzzles and was an avid reader. Most of all, she loved her family. She enjoyed going for car rides, especially if it was for her daily trip to Burger King for ice cream.

Patty is loved and missed by her husband, Gary; children, Heather (Glen) Hankins, Gary J. Ottaviano, and Frank Ottaviano; grandchildren, Destiny, Jake, Breeze, Calvin, Logan, Giovani and Paxton. She is preceded in death by her parents, and grandson, Levi.

A memorial gathering will be held from 4:00-6:00 p.m., Tuesday, August, 9, 2016 at Anderson Funeral and Cremation Services, 218 W. Hurlbut Ave, Belvidere, IL 61008.
