Patricia Ann Lenz, 82, of Belvidere, IL passed away peacefully Tuesday afternoon at Northwoods Care Centre. Patricia was born February 13, 1931, in Oak Park, IL, daughter of Robert and Edna (Hansen) Philbin. Graduated from Austin High School, Chicago, in 1950. Married Donald E. Foss on July 14, 1950 in Chicago, IL. He died in 1973. She then married John S. Lenz on November 8, 1986 in Roselle, IL. Patricia was a clerk at the Hyatt Regency in Schaumburg and also worked at Logston Stationary. Former member of VASA. She enjoyed raising her children. Patricia is loved and will be missed by husband, John Lenz; 3 sons, Donald (Louise) Foss of South Elgin, Brian (Staci) Foss of Palatine and Steven Foss of Champaign. 9 grandchildren, Don, Robert (Renee), Joe, Anita, Johnathon, Kevin, Jennifer, Scott and Kristin. Great-grandchildren, Logan, Lillian, and Noah; and John's children, Susan (Mike) Polgar and Judy (John) Dunk and his grandchildren, Tim, Kelly, Jessica, Jason and Jeremy.Preceded by her parents, first husband, Donald, and two sisters, Lorraine Kersey, and Marilyn Roshoft.
