Patricia A. Countryman, 89, of Belvidere, IL died January 4, 2021 in Rockford, IL. She was born September 23, 1931 in Chicago, IL daughter of Frances and Theresa (Kucharski) Boehme. She graduated high school and married Frederick Countryman March 27, 2008 at St. James Church in Belvidere. She was a secretary for many years and loved to travel with her husband all over the world. Patricia was a member of the Moose, YMCA and Keenage Center where she enjoyed playing cards with her friends.

Patricia is loved and will be dearly missed by her husband, Frederick; daughters, Mercedes Jirkovsky and Lenore (Ken) Rogman; and grandchildren, Amber Rogman and James Jirkovsky.

She is preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Jane Grace and Carol Boehme; and brother, Charles Boehme.
