Nettie E. Bartlett, 80, of Belvidere, passed away peacefully, Monday, March 19, 2012. Born December 23, 1931 in Waukegan, daughter of Clyde and Mildred (Torman) Bond, Sr. Graduate of Woodstock High School, 1949. Married Richard Bartlett, Sr. on December 25, 1951 in Chicago. Worked for Arnold Engineering in Marengo for 40 years as a machinist. Member of the Order of the Moose, and life member of the Lady's Auxiliary for the VFW and American Legion in Belvidere. Nettie enjoyed crocheting and spending time with her family.Survivors include her loving husband Richard "Dick", daughter Karen Eklund of Crestwood, KY, sons Richard (Lydia) Bartlett, Jr., of Harvard, Terry (KT) Bartlett of Fort Myers, FL, 7 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, 8 sisters; 2 brothers and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, 3 sisters and 1 brother.
