Milorad Bjelajac, 77, of Belvidere died Friday, February 10, 2012 in Swedish-American Medical Center E. R. following a prolong illness. He was born on August 21, 1934 in Zablacha Yugoslavia, the son of Lazar and Milicia (Vukovic) Bjelajac. He has lived in Belvidere for the past 15 years coming here from the Chicago suburbs. He was married to Nadia Horoszko in Chicago, Illinois on May 8, 1966. He was a machinist for various Tool and Die Companies. Milorad is survived by his wife, Nadia, of Belvidere; two daughters, Vera (Russell) Munn , San Francisco, CA, Leda Bjelajac, Aurora, Illinois; four grandchildren, Milla, Lilia, Boris and Ivan Munn; a sister, Nevanka Bjelajac; two brothers, Milutin (Jovanka) Bjelajac and Milan Bjelajac. He is preceded in death by his parents, a sister and two brothers.
