Michele Lyn Dobrowolski, 50, of Belvidere, IL, went to be with the Lord on July 5, 2024, in her home surrounded by family. She was born on June 12, 1974 in Elgin, IL. to Jackie Peterson. Michele was a deeply devoted wife and mother. After 7 years of courtship she married Robert Dobrowolski on March 12, 2015. They spent 16 years together.

She worked for many years as a Team lead insurance adjustor. Michele had a strong work ethic and a caring heart. She loved spending time in nature, gardening and tending to flowers and plants, as well as watching the birds and feeding the squirrels. Michele loved all animals, especially her own. Above all Michele cherished the quality time spent with those she loved. She will be remembered for her kindness, strength, and dedication to her family.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Dobrowolski; daughter, Courtney Krich; step-daughter, Samantha Evan; brothers, Scott Edwards, Brian Edwards, and David Moore. She is also survived by numerous cousins, and nieces and nephews she loved dearly. She is welcomed into heaven by her mother.

Michele's memorial visitation will be Saturday, July 13th, between the hours of 2-6pm at Anderson Funeral Home. Located at 218 W. Hurlbut Ave  Memorial service to follow at 6pm.
