Michael A. Kreiman, 57, of Belvidere, IL, died peacefully on December 11, 2017 in Rockford, IL.  Michael was born on May 31, 1960, in Chicago, IL, son of Robert and Penny (Green) Kreiman.

Michael proudly served in the army and worked at Chrysler for six years. He was a fan of sports, comedy and politics and loved his granddaughters dearly.

He will be loved and missed by his daughter, Kristin (Joe Anderson) Kreiman; his mother, Penny; brothers and sisters, Jim (Sandra) Kreiman, Laura (Dave) Newburn, Lisa Green, Bobby Kreiman and Kim Kreiman; granddaughters, Mackenzie, Charlotte, and Willow; and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Kreiman.

A memorial gathering will be from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday, December 16, at Anderson Funeral and Cremation Services, 218 W. Hurlbut Avenue, Belvidere, IL, with a time of sharing at 10:30 a.m.  In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date.
