Matthew J. Pietrzak, 42 of Belvidere, IL died Sunday, December 23, 2007 in OSF St. Anthony Medical Center after a sudden illness. Matthew was born August 11, 1965 in Chicago, IL the son of Arthur J. and Dotty (Wilkins) Pietrzak. Matthew was a third generation upholsterer. He was extremely talented in his craft, and did work for Doc's Upholstery, Boots Upholstery and A-Z Custom Interiors which was founded by his grandfather. He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying fishing and white water rafting. He will be greatly missed by his mother, Dotty of Belvidere and his sisters and brother, Laura Ann Landseadal, Paula Priebe, Donna (Mike) Donato-Phillips all of Belvidere, Joel Pietrzak of Buffalo Grove, IL. He was a loving uncle to William (Nichole) Donato, Kelly, Avery and Jordan Landseadal; and will be remembered by his fiancé Nikki. Matthew is preceded in death by his father, Arthur, Infant sister and brother, Noela and Marc; and nephew, Alexander.

A memorial will be established in care of the family.
