Mary Porcellino, 77, of DeKalb, IL, died peacefully, February 16, 2024, in Belvidere, IL. She was born June 11, 1946, in Chicago, IL, daughter to John and Frances (Shubeck) Artis. She attended nursing school and was a nurse at Oak Park Hospital in Oak Park, IL, where she met Charles Porcellino, a patient of hers. They married in 1967. She loved her family dearly, including her pets.

Mary will be missed by her son, John (Stephanie) Porcellino and daughter, Joanne Roche; grandchildren, Thomas (Perri) Roche and Hannah Roche; and great-grandchild, Naomi Roche.
