Belvidere

Mary Louise Liss 105, of Belvidere, IL died Thursday, December 24, 2015 in Maple Crest Care Center.  Mary was born April 1, 1910 in Tamarack, Michigan the son of Henry and Elizabeth (Marcotte) Robart. Mary enjoyed rosary, playing bingo and loved music.  She is loved and will be missed by her children, Carl (Janet) Liss, Ray Liss, 6 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren.  She is predeceased in death by her parents and husband Anthony Liss.

The family wishes to thank the staff of Maple Crest for their loving care of mom.

Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday December 30, 2015 in Anderson Funeral and Cremation Services at Buck-Wheeler-Hyland Chapel, 218 W. Hurlbut Ave., Belvidere, IL. Visitation will take place Tuesday, December 29, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will take place in St Mary Catholic Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the family.
