Martha A. Wilson, 71, of Rockford, IL went to be with the Lord on August 30, 2018. She was born on December 25, 1947 to George C. Wilson, Jr. and Ruby A. (Jensen) Wilson in Cherry Valley, Arkansas.

Martha was a high school graduate of Marengo Community High school and worked at Lucent Technologies for forty years as a factory assembler. She was very proud of her accomplishments. She was a life time charter member of Victory Rock Fellowship in Marengo, Illinois. Martha was an avid crafter and enjoyed Stampin' Up Craft scrapbooking and cards. She loved to travel and was a collector of Precious Moments figurines.

Martha is dearly loved and missed by her sisters, Georgia (Ralph) Sullons and Vicki Wilson; brother, David (Michelle) Wilson; many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews; and very special friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

A memorial service will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, September 1, 2018 at Victory Rock Fellowship, 20503 Telegraph St, Marengo, IL 60152. A visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of service. Pastor Ron Bruce will officiate. Private burial at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Victory Rock Fellowship Church.
