Marlene H. Estebo, 83 of Belvidere, IL passed away Wednesday evening, February 18, 2015 in her daughter's home surrounded by her loving family. Marlene was born June 16, 1931 in Kiester, MN, daughter of Harry and Lilly (Wegner) Bauman. She graduated from Kiester High School. Marlene married John Estebo in 1949 in Kiester, MN, he preceded her in death. She went on to marry Maurice Irwin. Marlene was employed by Chrysler Corporation, retiring in 1988. She was a member Rockford First. Marlene enjoyed quilting, sewing, reading and traveling.

She is loved and will be missed by her husband, Maurice; children, Vicky (Donald) Johnson of Belvidere, Linda Abramson of Fort Collins, CO, Angela Mandzen of Loves Park, IL, Jonathan (Carrie) Estebo of St. Paul, MN; son-in-law, John Kidder of Shell Lake, WI; 15 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, first husband, John; daughter, Diane Kidder; sister, Caroline Bauman; brother, Arnold Bauman.

Memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at Rockford First Chapel, 5770 Spring Creek Road, Rockford, IL 61114 with Pastor Bob Taylor officiating. Visitation will be held from 9:30 A.M. until the time of the service. The family would like to give a special thanks to Hospice Care of America for their loving care of Marlene.
